Our client is a long-established boutique Chartered Accounting firm based in Brisbane. What you’ll be doing:

Support a future Partner and act as 2IC to help manage a small team of 3 staff
Manage a portfolio of SME clients across industries including medical, professional services, and primary production
Perform a mix of compliance (1/3), advisory (1/3), and review/team management (1/3) tasks
Review team outputs and mentor junior staff
Collaborate with offshore team members in the Philippines
Review SMSF files (preferred but not essential)

What you’ll need to succeed:

4+ years of experience in Australian public practice
CA/CPA qualified (or close to completion)
Confident in managing client relationships face-to-face
Strong review and mentoring experience
A proactive, approachable attitude
SMSF review experience is desirable but not essential
