- Solicit all market segments (with strong focus on Leisure and Business groups) and reach consistent achievement of sales objectives
- Participate in tradeshows, conventions and promotional events
- Maintain accounts, contact, activity and business details
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Demonstrated sales experience in a hotel or related tourism industry
- Sales flair will be complemented by your epic problem-solving skills
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, relationship management, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Well-developed time management and prioritising skills
- Well presented with a confident, positive and approachable demeanour
- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and executive effective sales plans
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Sales & Marketing or Hospitality qualifications highly regarded
