
Contracts and Commercial Administrator (Electrical Construction)

- Administering construction contracts from initiation to completion, including reviewing and negotiating contract terms and conditions.
- Developing, maintaining, and managing commercial and contractual obligations across multiple projects.
- Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Drafting and revising supplier subcontracts, managing and preparing tender documentation, and negotiating supplier agreements.
- Resolving contractual issues and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Participating in project team meetings and contributing to project strategy and reporting.
- Ensuring proactive project management, including risk identification, mitigation, and communication.
- Preparing documentation for monthly project reporting and strategic reviews.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial and contract administration (ideally within electrical or construction industries).
- Solid understanding of construction law, industry regulations, and standards.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent would be highly regarded.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and problem-solving ability.
