
Quarry Sales Representative

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet volume and pricing targets
- Prepare and submit quotes and tenders in line with company processes
- Build and manage a sales pipeline and keep records up to date
- Report regularly on sales activity, opportunities, wins/losses, and client engagement
- Respond to client requests and enquiries promptly and professionally
- Represent the business at industry events and client meetings
- Support the wider business by identifying and sharing cross-selling opportunities
- Provide input into budget planning based on market opportunities
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably within construction materials or related industries)
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, tendering, and reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and proactive with a solutions-focused mindset
- Willingness to travel throughout Regional Queensland as required
