Company Summary:I've partnered with a well-loved, national head contractor with an excellent reputation in the market spanning over 50 years of proven success delivering projects up to $120m+, specialising in the commercial project market. My client has already had a successful start to 2025 and gearing up for a busy mid 2025/2026 with work secured until 2028.They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial construction industry. Project sectors include government, education, health, industrial, retail, aged care, apartments and more.My client is a looking for an experienced Finishes Foreman to join their Brisbane team on a large, challenging project south of Brisbane - $80mIdeal traits the successful candidate will have:

5 + years of experience in the role
Leadership - enjoys mentoring and teaching others.
Excellent ability to build rapport with others.
Strong past tenure with employers.
Team player who loves a challenge!
Positive, "can-do" attitude.

Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
Ideally 3-5 years + industry experience running your own projects between $20m - $100m+
