As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and executive support to ensure the smooth operation of the Executive Director’s office. Your responsibilities will include:Calendar & Meeting Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare necessary briefings and papers.Administrative Support: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and draft and send emails on behalf of the Executive Director.Mailbox Management: Monitor and action emails from a shared mailbox.Correspondence: Coordinate and prepare high-quality responses to internal and external enquiries.Reporting Coordination: Assist in the preparation and tracking of key documents such as:Briefing NotesBusiness Cases and SubmissionsStrategic and Business Planning DocumentsHR ReportingAbout You:
