Are you a proactive and detail-driven administrator who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for an Events Administrator to support a busy calendar of industry events, conferences, and membership engagement activities.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. From preparing VIP invitations and producing name tags to updating records in the CRM and assisting with event logistics, you’ll play an important part in delivering high-quality events.
Key Responsibilities
Event & Admin Support
- Prepare event materials including name tags, registration lists, and guest communications
- Support onsite logistics and respond to attendee enquiries
- Format and send VIP invitations and event follow-ups
- Provide general administrative support across the events team
- Update and maintain stakeholder records in the CRM (IMIS experience is a plus)
- Assist with contact changes, company updates, and data clean-up
- Support CRM-related event administration and membership updates
- Strong administration experience, ideally within events or membership organisations
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to adapt, prioritise tasks, and work independently
- CRM/database experience (IMIS highly regarded)
- Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
- 3 Day Per Week Role Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
- Immediate start preferred, but flexibility for the right candidate
