To find out more visit our website at .About the roleThe position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will also build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.Key Responsibilities

Conduct guard patrols across the premises and be responsible for security site unlock and lock-ups
Escort staff and personnel on site
Monitor CCTV footage and actioning breach situations appropriately
Direct roving security officers to respond to alarms and take appropriate action
Using appropriate methods of communication (e.g. radio, phone, logbooks) to report incidents and issues
Maintaining logs and records of occurrences, completing necessary paperwork needed
working in conjunction with Supervisor
Reporting process / procedure
Maintain client request and expectations

Skills & Experience

Current SA Security License
SA Driver's License
Certificate II in Security Operations
NV1 Clearance
Hold Australian Citizenship
Ability to work in high pressure environments
Ability to work on a rotating roster
