- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Building strong and effective partnerships with dealers
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of progressive sales experience to include sales leadership
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales environments working with Dealer/Distributors sales channels.
- Ability to spend at least 30% of time traveling in the field with the sales team, including overnight stays.
- Strong selling/communication, influencing & problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High levels of strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Well-developed Computer skills.
- Irrigation experience and/or experience managing sales to market via a dealer channel.
- Experience collaborating with marketing teams
