Specialist Mining Technology

- Provide remote and onsite support for mining technology and automation systems
- Monitor system performance and lead configuration and improvement efforts
- Develop project support documentation and internal knowledge resources
- Coordinate with OEMs and manage service level agreements
- Lead internal upskilling through competency plans and support tools
- Contribute to change management and the successful rollout of new technologies
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and promote commercial alignment
- Support audits, cost reviews, and the development of standardised processes
- 5-7 years' experience in surface and/or underground mining
- Strong knowledge of mining systems, automation, and operational technologies
- Hands-on experience with mining tech implementation, control room systems, or maintenance
- Understanding of IT systems, networking and ERP platforms such as SAP
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with a keen eye for detail
- Technical background in auto-electrical, electrical, mechanical, or mining engineering
- First Aid Certificate (desirable)
- Valid Australian C-Class driver's licence
