
Credit Officer

- Oversee and manage a dedicated debtor ledger.
- Drive the reduction of overdue balances, adhering to agreed KPI’s.
- Perform accurate account reconciliations.
- Undertake additional tasks as needed to secure timely invoice payments and collections.
- Provide key insights and feedback to the Credit Team Leader regarding collection activities.
- Follow up on agreed actions with customer/s to ensure successful collections.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationship with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly cash targets.
- Demonstrate effective time management in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
- Uphold zero email inbox policy.
- Consistently monitor Sales Order Portal throughout each day reviewing any held orders, overdue accounts or credit limit checks.
- Servicing the ARHub (via Microsoft Teams) daily to ensure internal stakeholder queries are actioned within 10 minutes.
- Previous Credit Control experience of a least 2 years
- Intermediate to advanced level understanding of Microsoft Applications such as Excel and Outlook
- Exceptional attention to detail
