Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager ready to take the reins of multiple projects at once? This 3-month contract role offers the chance to oversee seven construction projects from start to finish, ensuring each is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards – all while working from home with site visits as required.What you’ll be doing:

Lead and coordinate all aspects of construction delivery – planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and depot managers to keep projects moving.
Secure approvals and manage compliance requirements (DA, council approvals, SWMS, HIRACs).
Oversee contractors, manage resources, and monitor onsite works.
Track costs, forecasts, and timelines to keep projects within budget and on schedule.
Drive quality outcomes and ensure smooth handover to depot managers.
Run regular progress updates and daily start-up meetings to maintain communication.
Identify risks and put mitigation plans in place.

What we’re looking for:

A formal qualification in Building or Construction Management OR at least 5 years’ relevant trade experience (ideally with an electrical background).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once from planning through to completion.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, coordinate, and communicate effectively.
Solid understanding of compliance, permits, and safety management.
A results-driven approach with the ability to meet deadlines and budgets.
