
Construction Project Manager - Electrical

- Lead and coordinate all aspects of construction delivery – planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and depot managers to keep projects moving.
- Secure approvals and manage compliance requirements (DA, council approvals, SWMS, HIRACs).
- Oversee contractors, manage resources, and monitor onsite works.
- Track costs, forecasts, and timelines to keep projects within budget and on schedule.
- Drive quality outcomes and ensure smooth handover to depot managers.
- Run regular progress updates and daily start-up meetings to maintain communication.
- Identify risks and put mitigation plans in place.
- A formal qualification in Building or Construction Management OR at least 5 years’ relevant trade experience (ideally with an electrical background).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once from planning through to completion.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, coordinate, and communicate effectively.
- Solid understanding of compliance, permits, and safety management.
- A results-driven approach with the ability to meet deadlines and budgets.
