- Overseeing up to 25 projects at a time, including standalone homes and townhouse-style developments
- Coordinating trades, suppliers, and materials to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
- Ensuring quality standards, site safety, and compliance across all builds
- Managing schedules, inspections, and client communications
- Reporting progress to senior management with minimal need for supervision
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the residential construction sector
- Ability to manage high-volume projects independently
- Trade qualification and Supervisor's Ticket (Builder's Licence highly regarded)
- Strong commitment to longevity and delivering quality homes
- Based in or willing to travel across the Hunter Valley and Newcastle areas
- Salary up to $130K + Super (depending on experience) + car + phone + laptop
