Location: Forrestfield (WA)
Rotating roster (6am – 2pm), (2pm - 10pm), (10pm – 6am)
Monday to Friday
Position: Permanent Full Time

Responsibilities:In this role you will:

Ensure all packing equipment functions smoothly and efficiently, reporting any equipment faults
Conduct regular quality control checks, verifying that labelling and printing meet all requirements. Follow escalation procedures when necessary
Ensure that bags are correctly filled, sealed, and that the finished product meets all specifications
Complete all necessary documentation clearly and fully & accurately scan barcodes to track products and ensure proper inventory management
Actively work to achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs)
Uphold high standards in safety, quality, productivity, and reliability
Collaborate with the Quality, Rolling, Milling, and Maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications:About you:

Good communication and problem-solving skills
Forklift operator licence (or willing to obtain)
