Our domain also supports the product experience for 99designs by Vista, helping to ensure consistent, successful outcomes across platformsAbout the roleDo you like working across the stack to solve meaningful problems and deliver real impact? As a fullstack Software Engineer in our Melbourne-based team, you'll help shape the platform that connects small businesses with professional designers.As part of this role you'll:Build and maintain features for our customer-facing platform, primarily using React, TypeScript, and Golang.Translate product ideas into clean, scalable solutions as part of a cross-functional team.Write high-quality, testable code and contribute to our engineering standards through code reviews and documentation.Support the full development lifecycle-from technical design to deployment and operationsChampion a growth mindset by contributing to tooling, exploring new tech (including AI), and continuously leveling up your skillYour QualificationsAt Vista, we value fresh ideas, diverse perspectives, and individuals who enrich our culture. You could be a great fit for this or other roles.You'll bring:2 to 5 years of commercial experience with languages like Golang, TypeScript, PHP, or Ruby.Commercial experience with React or other recent Javascript web frameworks.A positive approach: equally curious, collaborative, and can-do.Experience working in an agile-like methodology.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Bonus skills:Experience with GraphQL, and Apollo.Familiarity with AWS, Docker, and infrastructure as code.Experience working with and building AI-enabled featuresExposure to modern data tools and workflows, like SQL, DBT and FiveTran.Prior success working in a remote-first environment with a demonstrated ability to leverage async practicesWhat we'll do for youAt Vista, we're serious about building a workplace where you can grow, thrive, and do meaningful work.
