Company Summary:I've working with a national head contractor with an excellent reputation in the market spanning over 30 years of proven success delivering projects up to $150m+, specialising in the commercial and residential project market. My client has already had a successful start to 2025 and gearing up for a busy mid 2025/2026 with work secured until 2030, leading into the Olympics.They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial and residential construction industry. Project sectors include residential apartments, commercial, health, education, government,My client is a looking for an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join their Brisbane team due to recent project wins and growth. Medium-high rise project experience is A MUST for this opportunity!Ideal traits the successful candidate will have:

7 - 10 + years of experience in the role.
Residential tower experience is a MUST!
Leadership - enjoys mentoring and teaching others.
Excellent ability to build rapport with others.
Strong past tenure with employers.
Team player who loves a challenge!
Positive, "can-do" attitude.

Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
Ideally 7 - 10 years in a similar role and industry experience running your own projects between $50m - $250m+
