Anticipated Contract Length: 4 months with potential for extensionWe’re currently seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Office of the Chief Officer within a key government agency. This role will suit a proactive EA with strong literacy, exceptional minute-taking skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities with confidence and discretion.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end support for eight (8) WHS and Risk-related committees, including:
- Preparing agendas, collating papers, and distributing documentation
- Attending monthly meetings and taking accurate minutes and action items (non-verbatim)
- Supporting follow-up on action items where required
- Manage calendars and coordinate logistics for committee meetings
- Assist with a range of ad hoc administrative duties in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Act as a key liaison point across internal stakeholders to ensure timely communication and coordination
- Based primarily in Keswick, with requirement to attend 6 of 8 monthly meetings held at Adelaide Fire Station, 99 Wakefield Street
- Flexibility to work from the Adelaide site on meeting days
- Work closely with senior leadership in a respected public sector agency

- Strong minute-taking and document preparation skills
