RoleAn opportunity exists for a Technical Business Analyst with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform to join an enterprise-wide business transformation program to design, deliver, and implement a consolidated CRM, workflow, and data architecture. This role will have a strong focus on data migration activities spanning multiple business units and workflows, while also supporting broader business analysis responsibilities within the program.The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product managers, data analysts, technical leads, and external vendors to ensure that data migration and business requirements are accurately defined, validated, and delivered.Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform is a must.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Business Analysis

Elicit, analyse, and document detailed business and technical requirements
Facilitate workshops and interviews with internal and external stakeholders
Develop current and future state process maps and user journeys
Write clear and testable user stories in Azure DevOps or similar tools
Support functional and system testing, defect triage, and user acceptance testing
Participate in solution reviews, change impact assessments, and release planning

Data Migration Focus

Lead and support data migration planning, profiling, mapping, cleansing, validation, and cutover activities across systems and business units
Collaborate with data analysts and migration teams to define source to target mappings and transformation rules
Identify data quality issues and assist in remediation planning with business owners
Define test cases and support data migration testing and reconciliation (including mock loads and defect triage)
Document data migration related business rules, field-level specifications, and acceptance criteria
Support the design of data models and work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment with business needs

Stakeholder Engagement

Build strong working relationships with business SMEs and technical delivery teams
Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences

Role requirementsWhat You'll Need:

Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform (Power Portal, Power BI), and Azure DevOps
Demonstrated ability to work across complex enterprise programs, managing competing priorities and multiple business units
Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst with a strong focus on data migration, including source/target mapping, data profiling, cleansing, and validation
Proficiency in developing and maintaining requirements documentation, data specifications, and process maps
Experience in Agile delivery environments
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across business and technical audiences

Desirable

Understanding of external identity management and verification platforms
Familiarity with data transformation logic
