- Drive business development by identifying and pursuing energy storage opportunities across C&I sectors.
- Lead strategic client engagements, from technical discovery through to solution development and proposal delivery.
- Perform detailed site and energy usage evaluations, working closely with engineering teams to develop fit-for-purpose storage solutions that meet both technical and commercial objectives.
- Support complex sales cycles including pricing strategies, contract terms, risk analysis and tender submissions.
- Develop and nurture trusted relationships with clients, partners and industry stakeholders to drive long-term business growth and collaboration.
- Keep up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends and energy policies to guide strategic planning and enhance product positioning.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering (Renewable Energy, Power Systems or a related field) or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years' experience in sales, business development or technical sales roles within the energy storage or renewables sector.
- Solid understanding of battery energy storage systems, grid connection processes and power conversion technologies.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a range of stakeholders and aligning solutions with commercial outcomes.
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proactive and highly organised, with the capability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-moving industry.
