Due to our clients continued success in the manufacturing industry, they now have exciting opportunities for experienced Fitters to join their team on a casual contract. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, this role will see you working alongside other Fitters and Electricians on the removal and replacement of a machinery, as well as general maintenance in their Lonsdale factory.This position will offer shifts Monday to Friday + Saturdays & overtime in busy periods.Duties will include but are not limited to:

Removing and replacing on-site machinery
Basic use of power tools and fabrication
General/Preventative Maintenance
Liaising with production supervisors & team leaders to resolve problems

Successful applicants will possess some or all of the following:

Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering
Valid Forklift Licence, Scissor Lift, Working with Heights & Rigging/Dogging ticket - highly regarded
Proven experience in a similar role
Ability to work in a team and unattended
