The Role:We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join our Engineering team at our Gawler facility, working Day shift Monday to Friday. This vital role involves maintaining and improving the performance of our glass manufacturing machinery, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment to ensure smooth operation.
Respond swiftly and effectively to machinery breakdowns.
Assist with job changes and conduct routine preventative maintenance.
Support the Engineering team with maintenance tasks.
Uphold safety and quality standards across all work activities.

What We’re Looking For:

Trade Qualification – Maintenance Fitter
Pneumatic experience
Proven ability to fault-find automated machinery.
High attention to detail and focus on quality.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing tasks.
Strong work ethic and capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
Flexibility in working hours with a strong safety focus.
Possess strong communication skills.
Accustom working in Maintenance teams as well as independently.
