In this unique role, you will sell solutions to customers across the Australia and New Zealand districts, in addition to working to identify, investigate, and develop business planning to grow market size and share. You will support a diverse range of Philips and partner stakeholders in engaging and delighting new customers through their digital transformation journey.You are responsible for
  • Identifying and developing opportunities across ANZ to transform, centralise and simplify the health systems’ clinical data management approach.
  • Developing, maintaining, and improving relations with accounts and EMR partners to keep or to set Philips as preferred supplier for customer outcomes.
  • Crafting and implementing action programs for and with accounts to improve performance of CI&I Solutions
  • Communication and collaboration with regional and global teams to ensure trends are identified and customer & business needs are met.
  • Achieving budgeted sales volumes, prices and profit margins
  • Coordinating required internal resources to obtain objectives and when needed, involving local salesforce and marketing support
  • Ensuring continuity of the relationship with the accounts and operating at the highest level in the accounts’ organizations; facilitating the executive level interfaces between the company and the accounts as needed
  • Generating new business ideas through independent scouting of internal and external sources; adding to the pipeline of business opportunities
  • Determining the attractiveness of identified business ideas; preparing compelling business case proposals to show potential and further internal discussions; developing persuasive business cases in order to get qualification by management and the necessary budget for further development into a business plan
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies
You are a part ofPhilips Capsule’s Medical Device Integration combines health data, including waveforms, from connected medical devices or clinical systems. Our reliable, smart integration contextualizes available data and transforms it into visible, actionable, predictive insight. We unlock the potential of your data to improve patient and operational outcomes, enhance research, refine protocols, streamline resources, and help you deliver precisely the right care at the right time.To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years of related experience in capital/medical equipment or IT sales. Biomedical qualifications would be highly regarded.
  • 5+ years of proven business development experience required
  • Knowledge and experience in Device Interfacing and Clinical Workflow
  • Health IT or IT background, preferred
  • Executive presence and strong presentation skills; experience working with C-Suite
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 60%
