Parking/Commuting - Near multiple train stations, tram & bus stops along with near a car-parkRoles & ResponsibilitiesManage the IT support ticket queue, providing first-level support and general triage.Troubleshoot issues with computer systems, networks, servers, and security programs.Onboard new employees and provide necessary IT training.Maintain and monitor the Microsoft 365 suite (including Email, Entra ID, Azure, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams).Provide on-call support for our global teams in Canada, the UK, and Europe.Install and upgrade hardware and software.Handle data backups and perform data recovery as needed.Required Skills & ExperienceProficiency in Microsoft operating systems, including Windows 10 and 11.Hands-on experience with server and network administration.Strong administrative skills in Active Directory and the Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint.Knowledge of Linux and Ubuntu.Proven ability to provide Level 1 and 2 IT support.Ready to take on a new challenge?
