
Pastry Chef – Full Time & Part Time Opportunities

- Support a team of professional chefs in catering for some of Australia's most recognised events, including industry functions, galas, and private celebrations.
- Prepare and deliver a variety of sweet items to Crown's restaurants and bars.
- Assist with the preparation and plating of events ranging from 10 to 1,500 guests.
- Experience in high-volume pastry kitchens (preferably in events, conferencing, or hotels).
- A commitment to consistent high standards and strong knowledge of food safety practices (HACCP).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and peak periods.
- Certificate III in Patisserie or Commercial Cookery
Due to the demands of the role, including the required working hours and the continuous nature of the work, only individuals with full working rights will be considered.To be successful, you'll be flexible to work across a 7-day rotating roster including weekends, late nights and Public Holidays.Important:
