- Develop, maintain, and improve methods to gain and use relevant performance data.
- Analyse system, process and maintenance activity performance using advanced data analytics.
- Evaluate and improve system, process and maintenance activity performance based on data-driven insights.
- Communicate performance status and improvement actions internally and with the customer, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Initiate, assist to sell, and implement revisions, modifications and retrofits (RMR); this includes identifying potential projects, translating them into engineering solutions, and overseeing their execution from conception to completion.
- Identify leads, draw up suitable action plans and implement them as instructed.
- Use the analyses to come up with usable insights and proposals for improvements. Make attractive reports and give presentations to various stakeholders.
- Familiar with all the standard analytical methods and techniques and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and translate them into engineering solutions.
- Develop the engineering capability of the team through training, mentoring, and coaching.
- Participate in customer meetings and presentations as needed, representing the technical expertise of the team.
