
Property and Services Administrator

- Provide general coordination and administrative support for property services projects
- Review and update workflow processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Create and maintain project-specific documentation
- Record, maintain, and update project registers and databases
- Respond to enquiries in a timely manner or escalate as appropriate
- Manage electronic document filing and retrieval systems
- Coordinate trade and construction personnel for property-related tasks
- Collaborate with internal teams, particularly Work Health and Safety, to ensure compliance and smooth operations
- Process invoices and assist in the preparation of reports
- Certificate III in Business (Administration)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
- Experience in property, facilities, or project management
- Experience in infrastructure or utilities sectors
- Familiarity with electronic document management systems
