About the CompanyOur client is a leading flooring contractor specialising in large-scale commercial, retail, and residential projects. With a reputation for quality workmanship, strong client relationships, and end-to-end project delivery, they are now seeking a Project Manager with a sales mindset to join their growing team.About the RoleThis is not your average Project Manager role. Yes, you’ll be responsible for overseeing flooring projects from concept to completion – but just as importantly, you’ll play a key part in identifying new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to business growth.You’ll be the vital link between clients, installers, and suppliers – ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards, while also spotting opportunities to add value and win repeat work.
Key Responsibilities

Manage flooring projects from tender through to installation and handover
Liaise with architects, builders, contractors, and suppliers
Prepare project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met
Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for future projects
Support the sales team with project insights and contribute to tender submissions

About You

Previous project management experience in flooring, fit-out, construction, or interiors
Strong organisational and communication skills
A natural relationship builder with a commercially minded, sales-focused approach
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and project specifications
Results-driven, proactive, and confident managing multiple stakeholders
Flooring industry experience highly desirable, but related sectors will be considered
