- Managing the delivery of recommendations and solutions covering multiple areas of human resources, including employee relations, employee learning and development, communications, resource planning, organisational change management and succession planning.
- Utilising people metrics, capability requirements and business metrics to Identify areas of long-term development in order to optimise business and employee success.
- Providing interpretation and counsel to Management at all levels regarding policies, programs and practices.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of new policies, practices and programs
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Support both employees and leaders, and represent the business in Employment Relations matters.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with executives and senior leaders on people matters
- Strong knowledge of Fair Work/employment law and HR best practice
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including remuneration, employee relations, diversity and performance management
- The ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of guidelines, regulations, and policies.
- Proficiency with HR systems, and ideally with Workday.
