Platform Engineer (Wintel & Cloud)Location: Melbourne CBD (Hybrid: 3 days in-office)
Contract: 10-Months
Day Rate: $850-$950/day inc. superAre you a skilled Platform Engineer with a strong background in Wintel environments and cloud platforms? We're looking for an experienced engineer to join a high-impact infrastructure transformation project, helping migrate critical systems into the AWS Cloud.What You'll Do:

Support the migration of core infrastructure into AWS
Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (2016-2022)
Administer and troubleshoot DNS, Active Directory, and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
Lead and execute monthly patching cycles
Ensure stability, performance, and compliance of all platform systems
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors to deliver platform improvements

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in Wintel operations and platform optimization
Hands-on skills in AWS Cloud and VMware Cloud (VMC)
Strong expertise in DNS, AD, PAM, and patching
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
