- Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans including cost estimation, schedule management, procurement and risk assessment to facilitate smooth project delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal teams, external contractors, and key stakeholders to communicate progress, resolve issues, and ensure all parties are aligned toward project objectives.
- Project Control: Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to engineering, quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Documentation and Compliance: Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of all project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks and proactively resolve any issues that arise during execution.
- Quality & Safety: Uphold safety systems and quality standards throughout project execution and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
- Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience in delivering minor capital projects, ideally within industries such as water, utilities, infrastructure, or municipal services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders effectively.
