Work as a Senior Network Infrastructure Specialist to lead the delivery, optimisation, and future strategy of our enterprise network. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll combine deep technical expertise with the ability to mentor engineers and influence high-level infrastructure decisions.
You’ll own capacity planning, performance optimisation, and governance of all networking services, while partnering with senior leaders to shape long-term technology roadmaps.What You’ll Do

Act as the subject matter expert for enterprise network architecture and operations.
Mentor and develop network engineers, fostering technical excellence.
Lead performance reporting, capacity planning, and network improvement programs.
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects and operational excellence.
Provide technical consultancy on complex network challenges.

What You’ll Bring

Extensive senior-level experience in network engineering and infrastructure leadership.
Proficiency in Cisco technologies (routing, switching, wireless, ACI, ISE, SD-Access).
Strong skills in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, MPLS, VRF) and switching protocols (e.g., STP).
Experience with Infoblox, F5 LTM/GTM/APM, and enterprise firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA/Firepower).
Ability to thrive in high-pressure, complex environments with multiple priorities.
