Access theAbout the roleCasual opportunity to assist in the provision of a high-quality nutrition and food service to patients/clients of the hospital by assisting in the delivery of meals, receiving, stock rotation, FIFO of stores, delivery of stores to departments in the Redcliffe Hospital. To clean and maintain specified areas within the facility.About youOur ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
  • Responsible for cleaning duties in allocated areas as part of direct duties or to assist staff. This will include store rooms and cold and freezer rooms.
  • Ability to communicate with patients/clients, visitors, and work with staff in a harmonious manner and as part of a team.
  • Ensure a safe working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with contemporary human resource management issues, including workplace, health and safety, equal employment opportunity and anti-discrimination.
