Here, you'll be part of the team, empowered to explore more, experience more and supported by your leader to grow and develop.The roleCrown Perth are currently seeking an experienced and driven AV Development and Systems Support Specialist to join our Entertainment Department on a full time basis.This critical role supports the development, integration, and maintenance of advanced Audio-Visual technologies across the Crown Perth precinct. From complex AV systems and LED installations to digital content and live video production, you'll bring extraordinary experiences to life for both guests and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor, maintain, and upgrade AV systems including CMS, IPTV, QSYS, and LED displays
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth system operation and content deployment
  • Create digital content for projection and events
  • Provide AV support across gaming, hospitality, entertainment, and conventions
  • Deliver live filming, video production, and editing services for high-profile events
  • Troubleshoot system issues and train end-users in AV operations
  • Partner with stakeholders for AV design and system implementation across new builds
  • Guide hardware rollouts and ensure functionality and safety compliance
  • Coach AV team members on emerging technologies and best practices
About youYou'll bring the following:
  • 7-10 years' experience in AV system support, video production, and networked AV environments
  • High proficiency in content platforms like Adobe CC, and Blender
  • Experience with Dante audio networking, QSYS DSP systems, IPTV systems, and streaming protocols and programming experience design
  • Strong organisational, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills

  • Relevant qualifications (WAAPA, S.A.E., ACMA cabling registration/ Vender qualifications) highly regarded
