- Serve as the technical authority on Schneider Electric's protection relay portfolio across Australia
- Partner with sales, presales, and channel teams to deliver best-in-class solutions to our customers
- Provide technical support, design consultation, and compliance guidance for pre-sales and tender opportunities
- Lead technical training sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations for both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Interpret single-line diagrams, coordinate protection studies, and develop optimized relay settings
- Support solution proposals with accurate, well-documented technical material
- Stay current with local and international standards (IEC, ANSI, AS) and contribute to our market strategy
- Provide feedback to product development teams to ensure our solutions meet local market needs
- A degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 to 8 years' experience in protection systems, ideally in the Australian market
- Strong knowledge of IEC, ANSI, and Australian protection standards
- Practical experience with Schneider Electric protection relays (or equivalent platforms)
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and system design layouts
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience
- Ability to align technical solutions with customer needs, support value-based selling and contribute to commercial success
- Willingness to travel across Australia for client and site support
