In this role, you’ll take the lead in managing clinical operations, ensuring services are high-quality, compliant with NDIS guidelines, and focused on person-centred care. You’ll work closely with internal teams, participants, families, and key stakeholders to deliver impactful support.Key Responsibilities
- Lead Clinical Operations : Provide direction and oversight to ensure safe, high-quality care.
- Coordinate Services : Work directly with participants and families to assess needs, develop care plans, and monitor outcomes.
- Ensure Quality : Track clinical KPIs, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
- Engage Stakeholders : Build strong relationships and support communication between teams.
- Maintain Compliance : Ensure all services meet NDIS and clinical standards.
- Manage Risks : Identify and address clinical risks for safe service delivery.
- Support the Team : Train, supervise, and mentor clinical staff in line with NDIS Quality & Safeguards standards.
- Experience : 2+ years in a clinical or allied health setting (e.g. Support Coordinator, Therapist, Facility Manager).
- Leadership : Relevant qualifications or proven experience leading teams and managing services.

- Valid WA Driver’s Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Comfortable using basic digital platforms
