Discover a career you didn't know existed.About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate and talented chefs who strives in exceeding guests expectations and wants to join a team that priorities diversity, inclusion in a professional and fun working environmentAs a Commis Chef, you will be responsible to prepare consistent , high quality food products in line with Hyatt Standards.Some of the responsibilities include

Assisting in preparation of ingredients
Follow recipes and ensure consistency in food preparation for large-scale banquet events.
To maintain the assigned station / section in a clean and orderly manner at all times.
Cook and assemble dishes under the supervision of senior chefs.

Qualifications:A successful candidate will have:

Minimum 1 years work experience
Experience in luxury international brands, highly regarded
Qualification in Commercial Cookery
Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
A true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast paced customer service environment
