Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery * Current blue card or ability to obtain
- 2-3 years' experience as a chef & Experience with cooking in bulk quantities
- Confident working with dietary requirements and allergen management protocols
- Passionate about healthy and nutritious food
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain consistency across multiple meal services
