Finance and Compliance Manager

• Provide technical financial advice to the Finance Executive team in support of financial compliance and strategy a
• Manage compliance with financial legislation, international and local reporting requirements and professional accounting standards
• Manage the preparation of the annual consolidated financial statements, statutory and internal financial reporting requirements
• Arrange and ensure the accurate and timely preparation, review and interpretation of financial statements, reports and presentations for executive management and governance committees
• Completion of year to date Balance Sheet and associated analytics
• Provide direction and leadership into the management of statutory and monthly reporting process and the ongoing enhancement and development of management reports
• Provide leadership to the Tax Manager in the management of domestic and foreign Taxation requirements
• Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders in relation to the statutory audit and manage any issues and enquiries that may arise as a result
• Lead section employees in a team-based consultative, supportive environment with a focus upon individual responsibility and results orientation
• Drive the development of positive finance business partnering with key stakeholders to build financial literacy and promote proactive business practices and mitigate financial risks
