- Undertake detailed design of civil roadworks, ensuring compliance with Austroads Guides and Australian Standards
- Oversee and mentor a team of civil designers, reviewing and refining their work
- Provide technical expertise in drainage and culvert design
- Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative and practical engineering solutions
- 10+ years of local experience in road geometry design
- Proficiency in 12D or OpenRoads and Microsoft applications
- Strong understanding of Austroads Guides and relevant Australian Standards
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, mentor a team, and deliver high-quality designs
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Chartered or Registered Engineer (Civil)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, recognized by Engineers Australia
- Australian Driver’s License
