As a Senior Claims Executive, you’ll be the key point of contact for corporate clients, providing expert claims management, advocacy, and support. - Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients throughout the claims process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, underwriters, and loss adjusters.
- Provide expert technical advice and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of claims processes and client experience.
- Experience in insurer or broker claims management (corporate preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge across multiple classes of insurance.
- Excellent client service and relationship management skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage complex matters.
