• 3 years minimum experience managing commercial claims. Brokerage setting experience favoured, commercial property insurance claims preferred.
• Engaging, outgoing and resilient personality desired. Stakeholder management / rapport building crucial to the position.

• Manage complex motor, property, financial lines and liability claims for corporate clients within a newly formed commercial claims team.
• Apply claims policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Liaise and manage various stakeholders.
