If you've got strong communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for helping people (especially in the retail space), this is your opportunity!You will be responsible for:
- Respond to and manage technical support tickets (via calls, logs, and automated systems)
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, escalating when necessary
- Maintain service level agreements (SLAs)
- Follow change management processes
- Keep operational documentation up to date
- Work closely with the Team Lead and Service Delivery Manager
- Excellent communication skills - clear, friendly, and professional
- Some technical knowledge (L1 skills) - but attitude and communication are key!
- Experience in customer support (retail experience is a bonus!)
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Work onsite in a dynamic Richmond office
