You’ll play a key role in delivering end-to-end system solutions from technical scoping and documentation to client demos, support escalations, and installation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on technical problem-solving, client interaction, and working across a wide range of systems.Key Responsibilities:
- Design and document customer-focused solutions
- Provide pre-sales technical support and product demonstrations
- Lead testing and validation for hardware/software solutions
- Support installations, escalations, and internal teams as a technical SME
- Collaborate with global colleagues across 38+ offices
- Help shape internal standards and contribute to ongoing innovation
You’re a clear communicator who brings hands-on experience across system design, support, and implementation. You enjoy working cross-functionally and proactively solving problems. You might come from an IT infrastructure, Security, tech support, or systems engineering background.Your toolkit likely includes:
- Understanding of CNS, Active Directory, DNS, Server Infrastructure
- Exposure to VMware or Hyper-V
- Experience supporting end-to-end system deployments
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Curious mindset with a customer-first attitude
WFH: Hybrid working 3 days in Melbourne office, 2 days from home
