Lead the development and execution of real estate investment strategies.
Manage high-value portfolios and represent ART externally.

Support strategy execution through research, analysis, and insights.
Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to investment decisions.
Build your expertise while helping shape ART’s real estate portfolio.

You’ve earned tertiary qualifications in finance, investments, commerce, or economics.
You bring solid experience in investment management, with a strong understanding of real estate markets.

You excel in research and analysis, using data to drive strategic and creative thinking.
You’re a skilled communicator and comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
You know how to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You’re a natural collaborator, building trusted relationships and influencing outcomes.
You’ve got experience reviewing legal documents and applying valuation principles.
You’re proficient in financial modelling and familiar with international investment markets.
