About The Role:We have an exciting opportunity for a Structural Engineer to join our Concrete Systems Division. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this onsite role is based at our Chirnside Park facility.What You'll Do:As our Structural Engineer, you will:Make a difference:Deliver innovative and practical structural design solutions aligned to customer and business needs. Manage the delivery of selected design work and internal projects, ensuring compliance with building codes, quality standards and DIFOT expectations.Innovate and solve problems:Support customer applications through detailed engineering input, project documentation, and specification development. Use 80/20 thinking to translate complex technical challenges into simple, cost-effective outcomes.Collaborate:Work closely with builders, customers, engineers and internal stakeholders. Provide regular updates and technical advice to align engineering efforts with commercial goals and customer expectations.Continuous Improvement:Acquire and expand your structural knowledge under senior mentorship as you work toward Chartered Engineer status. Contribute to a culture of learning, safety and quality improvement.What You'll Bring:

Recognised degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (BEng)

Working toward or eligible for Chartered Engineer status (Engineers Australia or Engineering NZ)

Commercial construction experience

Strong communication and influencing skills – able to simplify and translate technical designs into value for customers
