
Integration Engineer

- Understand business requirements, perform analyses, and create high-level designs.
- Design, architect, and develop integration solutions to ensure seamless communication across systems.
- Create and manage interfaces for data exchange and system functionality sharing.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize data flow to enhance system responsiveness
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to identify and resolve integration issues, ensuring the reliability and performance of integrated systems.
- Troubleshoot errors and implement solutions to ensure smooth operations.
- Document integration processes, configurations, and solutions for troubleshooting and future reference.
- Maintain and upgrade systems, implementing patches and enhancements to keep integrations up to date.
- Solid experience in similar roles.
- Experience in corporate/retail environments, working alongside technology teams to optimize customer experiences.
- Experience in developing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience with integration platforms (e.g., Workato, Mulesoft, Boomi, Kafka, Solace).
- Expertise in designing, creating, and managing interfaces for seamless communication between applications.
- Proficiency in integration testing and lifecycle management.
- Expertise in Automation platforms (e.g., Nintex, Workato, Microsoft Power Automate, including desktop and cloud flows)
- Familiarity with RPA tools and frameworks.
- Deep understanding of JSON, and REST/SOAP webservices.
