As a result, we are seeking Project Engineers to join our Melbourne and Sydney teams, to partner with our clients in delivering all sized projects and capital works.About YouThis position would suit a degree qualified Process or Mechanical Engineer with experience in delivering capital projects within the food, beverage, energy, manufacturing, minerals or metals industries. You will be highly organised with outstanding communication skills and the ability to influence and drive successful project outcomes for the business and our clients. Previous site experience and consulting experience will be well-regarded.While each project you work on will be different in scope and scale, this role will see you:

Provide technical engineering advice and project management support as part of a diverse team to deliver multi-disciplinary design from early phase scope definition to detailed design
Build strong long-term relationships with our clients, and demonstrate your ability to understand our client's core business and ensure that services meet their expectations
Undertake and lead engineering reviews, investigations, options assessments and designs
Manage project finances, including cost tracking, forecasting, and ensuring spend aligns with budget objectives
Leading and mentoring more junior engineers and their professional growth and development
Provide implementation phase support, including contractor supervision, progress monitoring, schedule reviews, contract management and procurement assistance
Bring flexibility to travel to work alongside clients to deliver projects - gaining industrial site experience through short to long term assignments as part of site-based engineering teams during the implementation phase, including procurement, construction and commissioning
