As we set our sights on securing The Age Good Food Guide Hat, we’re looking for a culinary leader with a proven track record in leading kitchens within hatted or Michelin-starred restaurants.This is a rare opportunity to shape a distinctive food philosophy, champion local produce, and lead a passionate team in creating refined, produce-led experiences — not only in Joseph’s but across hotel banqueting and events.What we’re looking for:
