Full-Time | Based in Scenic Werribee ParkLancemore Mansion Werribee is currently seeking a talented Chef de Partie who has experience ideally working in a hotel environment catering for banquet service and A la cart restaurant to join our team providing exceptional dining experiences in our highly commended Restaurant, Cellar Door and for Weddings & Events. About the RoleYou’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service are maintained. Reporting to the Executive and Sous Chef, your responsibilities will include:Supervising and supporting the kitchen team during serviceLeading by example in line with our values and food standardsContributing to menu development and planningMonitoring mise en place, food cost control, and stock rotationEnsuring consistent delivery of quality dishes across all outletsMaintaining kitchen hygiene and WHS standardsSupporting rostering and workforce planning as required About YouWe’re looking for someone who brings passion, professionalism, and creativity to their craft.
