
Maintenance/ Handyperson- Campaign

- Respond promptly to customer requests for maintenance assistance in order to meet ISS KPIs and to minimise disruption to client operations.
- Complete all general maintenance and relevant repairs to a high standard at all times.
- Maintenance tasks include; minor plumbing, electrical, fixtures and site clean-up as necessary.
- Carry out site inspections to identify, report and action faults and items for repair.
- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in keeping an up to date inventory of spare parts and consumables on site.
- Assist with Office Services and using our FMS/CMMS to raise and close off service requests and work orders.

- Previous experience working in a maintenance or handyperson capacity on operational commercial sites;
- Working at heights and on elevated work platforms certification;
- Experience identifying and procuring resources and materials required for maintenance tasks;
- Solid experience in WHS and prepare risk assessments (JSA and SWMS);
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise to meet short deadlines;
- Ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external customers, suppliers and contractors;
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite in order to produce reports and proficient use of computer systems;
- Current Class C/Open Driver's License;
- Willing to complete background/probity check (National Police Check, ASIC - financial services).
